O’Sullivan’s Law

Any organization not explicitly right wing in nature will inevitably become left-wing partisan in nature..

if we want to keep these organizations with integrity and to prevent them from becoming just super packs of the left we need to fight to keep them right wing.. Because that's the only way to keep them from being left-wing. clear that the Supreme Court and other agencies is heavily influenced by cnn.. they decide their National Security decisions based on what on cnn.. That's problematic.. it's problematic that there's anybody in charge of countrywide National decisions that bases those decisions on the disinformation they received from C

ramennov 37 points ago +38 / -1

Exception to the "law": CPAC. I'm seeing signs that it's already begun to turn (Van "whitelash" Jones invited to speak, Owen Shroyer thrown out, Pence invited, Marjorie Taylor-Greene disinvited).

17
Hshsvsvsvsv 17 points ago +17 / -0

Maybe it wasn't right wing in nature enough.. I mean CPAC was always created by the left-wing neocons is basically a rally for their party..

arguable that it was always Republican in nature but not specifically right wing in natu

1775Concord 9 points ago +9 / -0

Van Jones is an admitted Communist , so that is where CPAC is headed . Also, I didn't like some of the remarks Matt Schlapp made about the January 6th event . I have been wanting to go but I'll think twice now.

5
TuckerCarlsonsTie 5 points ago +5 / -0

Schlapp said Ashli Babbitt deserved to die, but, when he said that, he thought it was a teenager that died. CPAC became dead to me at that point.

Democracy has nothing to do with freedom. Democracy is a soft variant of communism, and rarely in the history of ideas has it been taken for anything else.

— Hans-Hermann Hoppe

Democracy is mob rule

Mob rule is media rule

Media rule is corporate rule

Corporate rule is the rule of the corrupt, crony elite, herding their useful idiot cattle.

2
MAGA_Flocka_Flame 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hard to say “when” though.

Boston Massacre was in 1770

So that’s 6 years until that particular date

6
PB_Mack 6 points ago +6 / -0

So....massive strikes are out? I mean..if every Trump loving trucker stayed home a few weeks we might get some traction. Besides...organizing mass strikes might give us a good idea of actual support. I'm sure all these forum warriors are ready to go, but there's something more...tangible..about people actually willing to put their money where there mouth is.

FrmrAmericanRepublic 75 points ago +75 / -0

I direct you to The Rageaholic's rants on "Stench from the bench" as to why.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmjhydD_TB8

The courts are packed full of liberal cunts, and RINO tards. There is no way in hell they'll touch anything election-related, because that would mean hearing evidence and having to appear impartial.

Much easier just to swat it down with procedural and technical reasons than have a spine and rule on it.

Engaging the same corrupt system isn't going to get results.

3
AgnesDomini 3 points ago +3 / -0

Exactly. Because the definition of insanity involves doing the exact same thing over yet expecting different results...prepare for satanic overlords, preparing for Satan. Only Christ can save us now:

"Put your trust in God, my boys, and keep your powder dry." (The Ballad of Valentine Blacker)

On Earth as it is in Heaven. My Brother

2
AgnesDomini 2 points ago +2 / -0

Your sister, actually, but Amen!

2
marishiten 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's more complicated than that.

The courts are in a shitty bind here.

They're not supposed to be seen as 'taking sides' but in cases with election challenges, they'll be seen as taking sides. If they're seen as that, it erodes confidence in the rule of law in general which GREATLY damages the social structure as a whole.

They also don't want to be seen as kingmakers. That's not their job.

They also don't want to be involved in political spats because the Judicial branch isn't SUPPOSED to be partisan or political. It's supposed to amoral.

The problem comes in when it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you do something, you're seen as taking sides. If you do nothing, you're seen as taking sides.

At some point, they will need to be political. They just don't want to because that opens the entire court system up to a slew of problems that will have lasting ripples. But, eventually, they will need to. Because the court systems/justice system is so fucking broken dude. Anyone who's spent a night in jail waiting for arraignment knows that by the sheer treatment of inmates.

6
FrmrAmericanRepublic 6 points ago +6 / -0

Sorry pede, but I don't buy the "courts can't be arbiters" because they most certainly could've said "yes, this is bullshit, kick it to the state legislatures" which is what was supposed to happen with wussy boy Pence before he bowed out.

Everyone so goddamned afraid of looking at evidence, it makes me wonder how long we'll last against enemies with real determination, like the Chinese.

We lived in a system of advocacy, and the goddamned courts were supposed to be the part that is the CHECK and BALANCE against rampant bullshit.

But they're corrupt too, so fuck it all. No wonder this Republic is fucked.

1
MarchDC2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Second Republic will be glorious.

1
MarchDC2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is why Lynch mobs formed after reconstruction in the South. The People can still form Conventions of States to deal with this corruption.

1
Xuvial 1 point ago +1 / -0

because that would mean hearing evidence and having to appear impartial.

Even if they decided to hear the evidence, they would still dismiss the case. Liberals have already bought all judges including SCOTUS.

People still in shock about that one. People still full of themselves and think they can solve a war, civilly and without conflict.

9
fakthemods 9 points ago +9 / -0

I'm starting to wonder if we have the stomach for war. Any one of the indignities that has been put on us in the last year would've sent men into the streets 100 years ago. Now, most of us can barely be bothered to cry about it online myself included.

We want to have an afternoon war where the fedbois shows up at our predetermined location and we're ready for 'em and then we march to Washington and jail the swamp just in time to go back to work on Monday. Nobody wants to sacrifice their Netflix subscription, their cushy office or their mortgage much less their life or the life of their children for something as intangible as freedom.

2
DrSonicScream 2 points ago +2 / -0

On the 6th if we had leaders, tactics, a plan we could have held the building. Some of use were ready to sacrifice ourselves. Just needed real leaders.. Unfortunately Trump discovered too late the people he thought were friends and allies were some of the most loyal swamp creatures.

2
marishiten 2 points ago +2 / -0

You weren't going to hold a building that you don't know the floor plans for against the might of the most heavily armed and trained military in the world against the most armed and heavily defended city in the United States.

You would have been routed within minutes. The Capitol building is big. There's a lot of entrances that you'd know about and others you don't. There's an entire classified subway system that runs under the ground, just for congress. They control the power, network, communications, water, and sewer of the building. They have highly trained snipers and SWAT teams literally patrolling and standing by for any event.

You really think you could hold that building? With what guns? You can't have them in DC.

And you hold the building. Then what? It's just a building. You don't think they'd go somewhere else to pass laws? They would.

There's no head to cut off here.

The only hope is to convince STATES to openly resist the federal government. With hostility and force if need be. That means to get the states three branches on the same page and work in unison and not be afraid to lose government funding or invasion.

1
fakthemods 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've never been more disappointed in Trump than when he didn't show up to the Capitol building. When I saw those brave bastards storming the place I believed he was gonna do it.

They vote to continue to destroy POTUS Trump by allowing prosecutors to investigate his taxes BUT when it comes to out in the open massive tax fraud that is right-in-your-face they ignore the citizens basic right to allow legal votes to be part of the election process. So what percentage of all the courts, including the Supreme Courts, in America are compromised and corrupt? Any guess? Maybe 75% or more.

I didn't expect Mitch to give a shit about us, but I thought he was at least self interested enough to want the Republican party to retain the Senate and Presidency.

Same with Kavanaugh. I expected him to at least want a little retribution for what was done to him, but he seems to relish being humiliated and having his family hurt. What a huge faggot.

Falling_ferret 5 points ago +5 / -0

America is more than a country, it's the spirit of freedom, liberty and our rights granted to us by our Creator. It's just that some folks decided to write it down and build around it. But that spirit isn't dead until the last person carrying it gives in or dies. So maybe America is dead for you because you gave up hope.

But I still have my life, my voice, my guns and most importantly, my God. I am fearful for the war ahead and who will loose what. But the spirit of this country isn't gone, it's just royally fucking pissed off
