Don't waste your time if you can avoid it. They also give preferential treatment to women so they'll be promoted way before you even if you deserve it. I don't know about you, but I'd have issues being ridiculed by someone who's ranked higher than me merely because she has a vagina and showed it to her superiors to move on up faster.
