Edit: If you think they can't identify the manufactures of this stamp, get warrants from all the distributors that sell it, and find the one that sold this exact phrase, you are wrong. There are certain circumstances where they won't be able to do this (bought from a Chinese site?), but chances are, they have a team of dedicated people looking for you already
