What the bigger factor to pay attention to is culture, and honestly, what we have in the US right now is a culture issue. Ants protect their own colony, just like human protect their own in-group. This can be determined by species, but is more precisely determined by observable and shared social structures. In ants, it’s scent that marks which individuals are there for the survival of the group and which aren’t. In humans, it’s a wide variety of identifiers that come back to culture.
There are some species of ants that will combine colonies, should they encounter them, but this sometimes results in queens being killed off. There are some groups of humans that will put aside the usual cultural differentiation factors, such as nationality or religion or even personal beliefs, and choose their race over all else. But the new ant supercolonies will still fucking attack anything that’s not the same species.
Unfortunately for whites, race doesn’t seem all that important to most of us. We can’t stop the infighting bullshit long enough to recognize that the differences we see within our broad categorization are unimportant, nigh-on indiscernible, to other groups.
I’d like to think that given enough pressure, we’d put that aside and fight for our people and what culture (Western) we do all collectively share. But the way things are going right now, it’s more likely that we won’t.
The local carpenter ant colonies in your yard will never come together to collectively defend themselves against the invasive yellow crazy ant supercolony. So they’ll be wiped out, piecemeal.
