No vote.No voice. No law. You have no more say in your governance, so why would you obey a tyrant?

Pulled over for speeding -

"Officer, I'm stopped on the side now, not speeding. Any concerns for past speed is moot"

"Officer, I stole $100: from my neighbor's wallet, but I already spent the money, so it's moot."

You misunderstand. You are required to follow whatever dictate they say. They are not required to follow the law. That's how banana republics work. See the difference?

I was also thinking along those lines. When it gets to the point where the Supreme Court does not uphold the law, the law in general becomes MOOT.
