Do this for two reasons. One, get some of the money you paid for with your taxes before the Communists occupying Washington DC take it all. Two, the more YOU take, the less there is for the Demoncrat Commies to dole out to illegal migrants and foreign countries that hate the US.

Precisely this. Grab the money, cheat on your taxes, laws are meaningless now. Play the game they play and beat them at it.

No, don't cheat on your taxes. Don't give them an easy reason to put you in jail.

If you try to take it at 62, they screw you over big time if you have any income at all. I have been running models on whether I am better off, taking SS at 62 or drawing the same amount out of savings until I'm 67 and it comes out that I'm far better waiting on the SS.

Are you better off waiting for something that might not be there any longer?

Not sure on your situation but generally speaking you can take it early, pay it back at 65 and take it as if you never enrolled, effectivity borrowing against it for free

You can claim social security disability at any age if you have worked long enough to have SSDA credits and can prove genuine disability. Eligibility for Social Security starts at age 62 for partial benefit and full benefits become available at age 66. The problem is whether or not your benefits will even be there if you wait until age 66 to claim them.

You can always collect early, pay it back and collect the normal amount. Basically an interest free loan
