There is not a precedent set yet because the case was not heard. But If the Repubs try this, the Dems will cry foul and sue them and the SC will hear the case and vote against the R’s, which would then set the precedent. Great idea! Make them play their own game even when they try to run away.

We should just generate a database of all the legal names of every person in a republican state, and then change the rules to allow people to vote in 2024 for the candidate of their choice irrespective of midterms or any of that. And then enable unlimited ballot harvesting, inability to change the vote, and within a week, every single legal name will have voted for Donald J Trump 2024
