This is essentially what PA, MI, WI, GA did. Imagine how we could solidify Florida or Texas with no early or mail in voting that democrats almost always win.
There is not a precedent set yet because the case was not heard. But If the Repubs try this, the Dems will cry foul and sue them and the SC will hear the case and vote against the R’s, which would then set the precedent. Great idea! Make them play their own game even when they try to run away.
