With the deepest sadness I have to make this final update, my beloved Mom passed away. We miss her endlessly, every hour, every minute, every second. Thank you all for your prayers, I know she is in a better place and I will meet her again one day

My Mom is not conscious, she doesn't eat she doesn't drink, she had a brain inflammation and doctors don't care much at her age in her mid 70ies. Glorious "free" heathcare. Can't afford specialists to check her out. I am desperate please someone pray for my Mom we couldn't visit because of China virus. We are broken. my Dad especially.

UPDATE: We are seeing some improvement in her condition. She is accepting water and little bit of food, and also getting infusions. New doctor seems to care more and making some more tests. Seems stable for now. Thank you for all your very kind replies and prayers. You are all the best, frens

Fever means her body is fighting. Could be a good sign. You are all in my constant prayer, friend.

Is she unconscious again? You remain on my mind, stay strong no matter what. I am sure she would want you to. I lost my dad a month before his favorite team won their first ever Super Bowl. It is hard; I hope that you have more time with your mother: https://imgur.com/zUHjo3l

yes, sadly back to a half conscious state, she can't do anything at the moment. It was slightly better yesterday. Sadly it's worse when my Dad goes visiting her, he had no luck yet seeing her a bit more lucid. Sorry about your Dad passing, this must have hurt terribly.

I hope I can at least keep my Dad stable for more time, because it is ruining him to see his wife of almost 60 years like this. We might lose them both, he is crying a lot.

thanks for your compassion. All the best. Beautiful words on the arm band

This is going to sound dumb & you do not need to play the specific music these are just examples of the kind of music, you could play things more to her taste instead in the event she would not like these, but older & very positive is better & upbeat is important, can you play some madonna like a prayer, heaven is a place on earth by Belinda Carlisle, songs like that to stimulate her? I know we cannot rely on miracles in this world & I cannot make any claim that magic will happen, however even in times like these, music can make all the difference in the world for the individual & their loved ones alike. All the best to you, we lose people all the time, we do not always get the chance to support each other from afar through these things. I know your struggle right now & your worry for your father, it does not change much about the situation but I am with you & your loved ones in my spirits & you are in my constant prayer & I will keep you there & grateful for the technology that allowed us to be in communion together this way. Thank you & I pray you all at the very least a bit more time together in wakeful joy with your mother.
