They can't really make that judgement without looking at the evidence though, so it shows their not an impartial judge already.

It's (the cases presented) specifically about Pennsylvania and it's true that PA alone would not by itself change the results of the election. Thomas is correct.

The law is about specifics - that's how you make arguments.
