We can't afford anymore fraud constitutionalists like ACB on the Court. They are liberals and they are useless to conservatives. If we ever get a conservative back in the White House we need to have our voices heard and push back on fake conservatives like Barrett and Kavanaugh.

5/6 of swing state legislatures are GOP controlled - they have ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY under Article II of the Constitution to send whatever electors to the EC that they wanted to. They could've sent Trump electors, but instead cucked out and sent Biden electors and now want SCOTUS to fix the issue THEY were derelict in fixing.
BLAME THE GOP LEGISLATURES - THEY HAD ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY AND DID JACK SHIT.
I don’t understand why we’re letting them off the hook.
