Once Trump get's back in office, we seriously may have to think about expanding the courts. It has precedent considering it has happened numerous times throughout our history. We cannot let these liberal judges dictate how we live.

The current issue is New York's AG trying to manufacture charges for Trump. Even if Trump beats whatever fake charges they come up with, the expenses and time from defending himself could pull him away from the campaign trail if he did try to run again in 2024 and the election fraud problem was somehow overcome.

I wish I could agree, but Dominion has shown that they can "weight" votes. Now that they know what the absolute peak is, they can tabulate 0.6 for the Republican and 0.8 for the Democrat, making it seem like less people voted than they actually did.
Well that's why it can't be 70/30 or even 80/20. The only chance we would have in an election is putting up numbers like Reagan v. Mondale. Anything short of that, obviously they'll rig it to make it look like it was even close, and probably claim victory.
Since the senate needs to confirm the justices it's really them who decide who can be a supreme court justice. Trump could really only pick from the pool they provided to him.

not sure but i think the house can impeach sitting judges. Gain a super-majority, impeach all federal judges, and replace them with common-sense folks like truckers--Law degree not required or welcome.
