They have no Constitutional Authority, so it does not matter what they think.

Only four of them need to agree and all nine have to hear any case, right? What if four agreed, although I don't know who the forth might be, what makes anyone think the remaining hard core five "judges" would magically change into true defenders of the Constitution?

Remember the twisted reasoning Roberts to declare Obamacare Constitutional? Remember how angry Justice Scalia was over it. I wonder if Justice Scalia found out what Obama had on Roberts and in his innate fairness offered Roberts the chance to leave the bench quietly and gracefully or he would expose him.

Justice Scalia being smothered with a pillow over his face is right in keeping with the in your face attitude of these traitors.

I repeat, the whole Federal Government including those nine have surrendered their Constitutional Authority, but we have not - and Justice Scalia put a reminder of how We The People can exercise our Constitutional Authority over Government his land mark ruling in 1992. He wrote it to remind all Americans forever.
