Sue the judges personally in small claims court.

Bankrupt them in legal fees sending lawyers to represent them.

$5000 to $10,000. But the goal isn't to win the case, it's to make the person you're suing have to hire representation. If they ignore it you can get a default judgment and maybe ding their credit with it, it's unlikely you would ever be able to collect on it.
