It's gonna be Weekend at Bernies before he gets a chance to do a SOTU Address.
Once he gets too bad, we can laugh at them for voting for him. For now they just claim it is a stutter and deny it. At a certain point they can’t hide it. I know, my FIL had dementia and died from it.
