It's like the more paradise like the climate and geography becomes - the dumber people get..
I'm not saying everyone in california is dumb, because obviously they're not..but it's Prevalent enough that it's noticable.

NYC has a fuck-ton of morons. They far outnumber the intelligent people. NYC is definitely more bookish than LA or SF, though.
