"Hispanic" originally meant ONLY people of Spanish ancestry living in the area that would become New Mexico and Arizona. People of Spanish ancestry living in the area that would become California were "Californios."

"he anglicized his name to Goodman"
There's nothing English about the word "Latinx". The structure of the word is not compatible with any established rules of the English lexicon or rules of pronunciation. It's pure Postmodernism, therefore its Jewish roots cannot be denied.
Wife is from Mexico, and is logical. She hates this shit, nobody in Mexico uses that shit other than a few Uber feminists (funny enough they use the word feminazis in Mexico) and elite wannabe American snobs. The language is based upon masculine and feminine subjects... Theyll never get rid of it
Mexicans are Hispanics, meaning they descended from indigenous tribes of Mexia and Spainards (Hispania = Spain), and Latinos are descended from Spaniards and indigenous Latin American tribes. It would be more accurate to call all people's descended through the conquests and missions of Spainards "Hispanic". But the complaint that the term "Latinx" isn't an Anglicized one, because "Latin" is the foundational root language of Spanish, one of the Romance languages, since it is associated with the Roman Empire...and Italy is not Anglo-Saxon.
I’ve always thought this... “Latinx” is the height of cultural snobbery.
White bleached haired liberal: "Hola"
Hispanic: "fuck you, puta"
I'm Hispanic (really American). I hate that LatinX crap.
My friend's abuela gets so mad she spits on the ground when she hears it. She calls it a disgrace.
Somebody tried putting that X on Chinese and it was funny.
Is it latin-ex or latinks
Either way it stinks.
I always pronounce it "Latinks," because it bothers them, and if it bothers the commies I must be saying it correctly. They are allergic to the truth.
I think that's why they came up with ChinX because you could pronounce it similarly
Under rated comment
They are colonizing the Spanish language. No other explanation.

No. Liberals can't spell that high. Or long.
Latinx, Mx, Xe/Xem/Xyr, Ze/Zim/Zir... is there really a need for non-binary, gender neutral pronouns?
