Everybody knows that Trump won. That it’s statistically impossible that biden could’ve won. But no one, not even Clarence fucking Thomas, has the balls to say it. it’s absolutely maddening.
You gotta do more than just say it's statistically impossible. Affidavits and testimony are at the end of the day just circumstantial evidence. They did a piss poor job of actually proving anything. Where was Trump's big evidence dump on Jan 6th like we were told? They didn't have it because they weren't prepared for the level of cheating the democrats went to. Biden would have won anyway. Trump should have done a fuckton more to secure the elections back in the summertime when the mail-in ballots were being proposed.
I think Trumps plan was to put in place judges that would allow investigations, and get politicians elected that would actually do something about it. Obviously they all turned out to be snakes too, and he should have done more to prevent it.
but once it’s happened, how exactly do you have definitive proof when EVERYONE blocks any form of a legitimate audit? There’s plenty of evidence that election laws were blatantly violated all across the country. Only in a country run by fucking monkeys would this be acceptable. But that’s where we are.
That's how these things work -- get scary headlines to fool people who don't know that to think "they wouldn't be suing if they didn't have anything to hide!!!" for PR.
ANYONE can file a lawsuit with a typewriter and the filing fee.
And the person who files can get it dismissed by just filing a simple motion a year or so down the line (yes, things can get dragged out for a year + before discovery even starts).
Affadavits saying they saw poll workers feeding the same stack of ballots through the scanner multiple times is not circumstantial evidence. Voting laws were also changed illegally and allowed to stand.
The first issue was the FBI/CIA/etc. turned a blind eye to any evidence of fraud from the election, but they kept telling the public there was no evidence of fraud. They spent more time investigating the NASCAR "noose" in Bubba's garage then they did looking into election fraud.
The second issue is that no court would hear any cases and look at any evidence. They were all dismissed for technical reasons like lack of standing, or as moot and claiming they should have filed a suit before the election.
I agree Trump should have done more before the election. He was warning everyone ahead of time that the election was going to be stolen so I figured he would have some safeguards in place to catch them in the act, but I guess I was wrong.
The only thing that makes sense to me is that he did try to make sure those safeguards were in place and the agencies and his advisors reassured him they were and that they would catch anything that happens. Then come election day they pulled the rug out from underneath his feet.
Peoples opinions of what they think they say happened cant be adjudicated in court. There's no way to prove many of these affidavits and the sheer number doesn't mean anything because the democrats would do the same thing.

Such as? The elections were run by the States and when you have a SoS for example in PA who illegally changes the voting rules days before the election, how do you stop that?
That's mischaracterization. The case of PA before the court was not about fraud. As far as the results of the PA election, this case touched only ballots received by mail after the date originally set by the PA legislature. The number of these ballots is not that high.
This man deserves the Chief Justice position, not that fkn pedo Roberts.
He is a pedo tho
Who? Thomas? Are you referring to the confirmation circus from a few decades back?
I believe he was responding to the "Even if he is not a pedo" part about Roberts.
Concur
He pretty much said the Biden would’ve won anyway in his “dissent” but please keep gushing about how fucking based Clarence Thomas is

I agree with your assessment. A lot of people stabbed him in the back. Trump is definitely an interesting lesson in human dynamics.
Trump should of just went for election reform as top priority back in 2016
They can drop the case before discovery starts.

Sued immediately and never letting mail-in voting become the default

They don’t want the SCOTUS wet works special.
