What the US was does no longer matter now. Communists have taken over the entirety of the government. The constitution is burnt up. Laws are enforced only against their political enemies.

A republic (Latin: res publica, meaning "public affair") is a form of government in which "power is held by the people and their elected representatives".

Therefore the US is neither constitutional nor a republic. It's a typical communist dictatorship.

Definition of terms - basic logic - is a serious pandemic problem in the world today.

Not that words have inherent meaning - they don't really even exist, they're just made up! - But that nobody can precisely or accurately say anything to anyone until they rethink the very words they use.

Seriously, when you care about every word you use, your life will transform, and you will notice how most talk, chat, and language is empty fluff or outright deception.
