What are they going to do that wouldn't lead to the independent republic of Texas becoming the 10th most powerful economy in the world, and that is before leaving all the green energy nonsense in Washington. Even with all of those rules Texas produces 40% of the US's oil which would make it the 4th largest producer of oil in the world, I bet an Unfettered Texas could get past Russia pretty easily.
