Wasn't until recent that I remembered being taught this shit in the early '00s. Even then I felt confused at what they were trying to sell. To my teenage brain it sounded good but it still didn't make sense, and I didn't give a shit about it anyways.

Ironically the teacher who was peddling this was arrested some time later for sleeping with a student.
