Because it’s current policy not to hold vaccine makers and producers liable for ANY adverse effects resulting from their vaccines
Their argument that pre Reagan vaccine makers were on the verge of bankruptcy and threatening to stop making vaccines as a result of all the liability suits they were losing and being forced to pay out
So they invested hundreds of millions bribing congress and getting Reagan to sign off on some new laws protecting them from any future liability as a result of ANY adverse effects resulting from their vaccines
