You got to say your gay, easy

Winning_Bigly 34 points ago +34 / -0

Even better, say you are transsexual so you can keep your spouse.

Don't forget to change your gender fluid every 3000 miles.

16
Ophelia 16 points ago +16 / -0

Gender fluid.

5
spelunking_librator 5 points ago +5 / -0

i can provide gender fluid as proof in front of committee, if they can wait 2 minutes

King_Boobus_Toobus 11 points ago +11 / -0

Well the "B" is "Bi-Sexual" right? Just go buy a gay porn magazine and keep it in your desk. "See... I'm Bi!"

3
FuckYouAsWell 3 points ago +3 / -0

Just walk around with a dildo in your pocket

3
petethedragon 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hi, my name is Robert. I can't be at the budget meeting this week because I have an appointment at the gynecologist.

11
Ophelia 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yep. What are gonna do? Ask you to prove it ? 😂

14
Leatherwood 14 points ago +14 / -0

They might eventually. These people are sick.

Kamala Harris is the moderator of that chat.

5
SovereignSon 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'll tell them to just ask my wife lol

5
Horkers4Trump 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah I've been doing this for a while now. Every time I apply to something, if there's a field for it, I say I'm a gay minority.

They don't question, so I take advantage.

2
TheMadManDidItAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm "gay".... can I get one of those board positions? I promise I will not exercise my powers, you'll gain power and I'll just abstain on every decision.

1
NadlerShartWaddle 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly. It's not complicated.

49
Blagodejact87 49 points ago +49 / -0

Imagine getting hired only because you like to take dick up the ass.

9
Kpstyles 9 points ago +9 / -0

I’d love to be part of the interview process.

I also identify as gender non-binary. I am skilled in many corporate skills and things. I can start immediately. Please hire. Need moneyz. Also, refuse to move to California. Only fags live there.

VonBustacap 17 points ago +17 / -0

You have to hire based on sexual preference, but you're not allowed to ask those kinds of questions. Good luck dancing on that fine line.

weneedaweedeater 4 points ago +4 / -0

Underrated comment.

Kamaltoe 16 points ago +16 / -0

Get paid $50k just for being gay and to sit at board meetings sounds like a good gig

4
monkadelic 4 points ago +4 / -0

Being gay? or acting gay? big difference

4
Best4Business 4 points ago +4 / -0

If I'm sitting on a board and attending meetings as their token gay dude, I better be making more than 50K. There better be another comma in that fucking number.

12
chiefsman27 12 points ago +12 / -0

State mandated homosexuality

12
Mintap 12 points ago +12 / -0

Texan is a unrepresented community at CA companies.

11
pup1pup 11 points ago +11 / -0

"wE jUsT wAnT tO bE lEfT aLoNe!!!!!"

9
Mintap 9 points ago +9 / -0

Presbyterians are underrepresented community.

4
VonBustacap 4 points ago +4 / -0

So are conservatives.

2
Best4Business 2 points ago +2 / -0

Imagine applying for an executive/board position then being told no, only for it to be offered to Briyan in accounting who attends every PRIDE parade and has pictures of him and his different boyfriends all over his cubicle while he talks about how he's such a "Queen Bitch". Then you turn around and sue the ever living shit out of the company for being passed over and for violating the law because you're a conservative and are an under represented group.

6
sustainable_saltmine 6 points ago +6 / -0

Ok and when these people don't happen to have the qualifications to do the job correctly? Ah yes, they don't care, all the Democrats care about is "muh diversity". If they screw up that's homophobic and wasis. You "intentionally made the job too hard for them".

The democrats think a job is a right and that everyone is entitled to one and at a salary that supports whatever quality of life they want.

6
Drud14 [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Thing is, they actually made up a study that showed “diversity” in company leadership helped increase profits. The government will point to that when companies complain about the rules.

I don’t have the link, but I’m sure you could find it in a web search.

3
flybyninja 3 points ago +3 / -0

They didn’t have to make up studies. It’s been all over academic literature for a decade.

The fact that it’s not only accepted but heralded to look at a board members skin color or diversity points, and think that’s somehow related to firm value is absolutely nightmarish.

5
StartAgain 5 points ago +5 / -0

What the fuck.......

4
Socialismsuckz 4 points ago +4 / -0

So say if you start a company with four friends and none of them are gay or a minority you now can’t operate with just the four running it any more?

This is such commie equality BS. You should hire the best person for the job not based on sexual preference or skin color.

3
2008RonPaul2012 3 points ago +3 / -0

If you're the type of person who doesn't have minority or lgbtqia+ friends, then california doesn't want you starting businesses, bigot.

1
Socialismsuckz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Or these people are minorities so it makes absolutely no sense numbers wise that they would be filling top positions in every company... but Cali doesn’t approve of math anymore either...

3
Trumpdidit 3 points ago +3 / -0

Oh goody, this decision deserves two snaps and a twist,,, who's with me?

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
3
ImportantPerson 3 points ago +3 / -0

I have no clue how this doesn't violate the same exact rules that protect these people?

3
Bearing51 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is quite easy to bypass. Just have them claim they're gay and black. Since there are no rules stating what constitutes as "gay" or "black" and anyone can just claim they are one or the other, then you go around this rules no problem.

3
TheSleepingPresident 3 points ago +4 / -1

So moving the company would be like writing off $100,000 right off the top on your taxes plus, the other benefits, because it will be $100,000 you won't have to pay.

3
PorcupineKing 3 points ago +3 / -0

I read a few months ago that this was in the works. I guess they finally finished push the bill through. This is that ridiculous leftist logic that's going to cause our country to implode while the rest of the world laughs at us.

1
spelunking_librator 1 point ago +1 / -0

how do I secede someone elses state?

2
PorcupineKing 2 points ago +2 / -0

Do what Trump did, build a wall

2
Tenspot20 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's why I don't keep shit near my food!

2
mytummyhurts 2 points ago +2 / -0

Get ready for the influx of companies going private. Or to Texas.

2
petethedragon 2 points ago +2 / -0

If I identify as a pansexual lesbians gay black man, can I get a corner office with a window?

2
kicklighter 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is not hard to comply. Just have them identify as one. Case closed

1
dahdahdah_dahditdah 1 point ago +1 / -0

A comedian in the 20th century said he left California back when they made homosexuality legal. He said he wanted to get out before they made it mandatory.

It was supposed to be a joke. Apparently not!

1
BigBobbyB 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hmmm, I wonder if being conservative counts as an "under-represented community"?

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
Arwyn3x 1 point ago +1 / -0

All these ideas that are only to slap us in the face come from the CCP - They want to destroy the very fabric of our Nation.

1
Gilgema 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m a white guy in the Bay Area. I am the under-represented community. Anytime I go anywhere I am one of a handful if not the only white Person there. I went to a pumpkin festival at Halloween and there had to be about 1000 people there and my family were the only white folk present.

1
Desktop 1 point ago +1 / -0

Clearly illegal if challenged.

MythArcana 1 point ago +1 / -0

California. Under-representated community.

So, California companies need to hire more white people then.

1
MakeMyCoffeeLiberal 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why would anyone start or keep a company in California?

1
Kaisgrammy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Personally, I think they should mandate more. Lots of mandates. Bigger fines. All electric cars, trucks, buses. 100% green energy. And they should do it all by next Tuesday. What are they waiting for? We only have nine more years according to Xiden. This drop by drop stuff is simply not enough for the enlightened folk in the people’s republic of California. Go big or go home and let’s use it as an experiment for the 49 states with a functional cerebellum. Just my opinion.

1
weneedaweedeater 1 point ago +1 / -0

Stuff like this pisses me off. Just seems like "under-represented minorities" just want stuff and high-paying jobs without actually being good at them. I got 10 saying at least a few companies start losing revenue over hiring one of these diversity quota meeting tokens.

Besides, which sounds better?

"You were hired because we like your resume and believe you are best suited for the job."

or

"You were hired for the color of your skin and sexual orientation only."

Seems racist, sexist, AND gayist to me.

1
QEBL486 1 point ago +1 / -0

One of the existing leaders just needs to “identify” with being a person of color and thank Coca Cola for taking the lead

1
Big-E 1 point ago +1 / -0

There’s a stupid thing that we would say as teenagers. How much money would it take for you to suck a dick? Million dollars? $10 million? What is your price!?! Now is your opportunity to name your price!

1
2008RonPaul2012 1 point ago +1 / -0

"I'm race-fluid."

1
Skycow 1 point ago +1 / -0

So if I go there and apply for a ceo postion as the first Dishwasher the will be forced to let me in or be bigots?

1

That's actually fucked up, I swear I hate California more and more every day

1
Knowbody 1 point ago +1 / -0

So, which companies are going to move out of California?

1
Daughterfreedom76 1 point ago +1 / -0

The amazing article I read from METALLIC MAN that was posted here said that the reason this is happening in abundance now is due to the record number of people hired specifically as DIVERSITY/INCLUSION reps. The numbers in this country exceeds 500, 000. How can we possibly compete with all these fucking tards infiltrating businneses, governments, schools, etc??

1
Big-E 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait, is that how Hunter Biden got his Barisma board position?

1
T_WIN_2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

I mean.. If you are going for that position you could just throw it on your resume for bonus points right? It's your right what you want to be that day!

1
