Stuff like this pisses me off. Just seems like "under-represented minorities" just want stuff and high-paying jobs without actually being good at them. I got 10 saying at least a few companies start losing revenue over hiring one of these diversity quota meeting tokens.
Besides, which sounds better?
"You were hired because we like your resume and believe you are best suited for the job."
or
"You were hired for the color of your skin and sexual orientation only."
