Personally, I think they should mandate more. Lots of mandates. Bigger fines. All electric cars, trucks, buses. 100% green energy. And they should do it all by next Tuesday. What are they waiting for? We only have nine more years according to Xiden. This drop by drop stuff is simply not enough for the enlightened folk in the people’s republic of California. Go big or go home and let’s use it as an experiment for the 49 states with a functional cerebellum. Just my opinion.
