Penn case at the Supreme Court case was just excused yesterday....on mootness.

My question is, why is this being released now by crowder. End of last year this was supposed to be demonstrated, and while I understand he had health issues they ended up sending others to investigate anyways. Why were they not sent earlier?

Is it me or doesn’t this feel like being toyed with? If anyone has explanation on why so much lines up to be “soon” or “just missed it”.
