They know these people are like revolutionaries who cause chaos, and they don't want their Utopia be undermined by that bullshit. The explanation can be something ideologically "appropriate". Or they will be declared far right Nazis because they ridicule actual victims of society by parodizing and abusing it. So if you are a tranny and dress up - you're a walking parody of trannies, thus a far right infiltrator/subverter, thus gulag/reeducation camp.
This is also how they'll deal with minorities. Blacks behaving "too black" will be disposed of because they parodize the ideal image of how blacks are supposed to be (based on Hollywood propaganda).
