I would disagree, but I would ask, are all the other women in politics worth that exception? We're talking about populations, not individuals. The difference between men and women is great enough that it's better to bar all women even if you exclude a handful of good ones, and it's better to include all men even if you end up with a handful of bad ones.

No, I am a conservative, you are not the arbiter of what conservatism is. The founding fathers also didn't want women voting, were they not conservatives? Libertarianism has, and will, never work because people are not equal, even if there are exceptional individuals.
