Here is something we can do. We can convince one of these States [1] petition a local Judge to impanel 10 or so Citizen's Grand Juries.
And once the Citizens Grand Jury is constituted, task it with to examine election fraud and any one involved. Justice Scalia says: "The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment.
Some say Citizen Grand Juries are only symbolic, why then would the Constitution give it the power to indict?
Once we get a Grand Jury impaneled/constituted we then we need to get States to side with the with us. And in the States that don't join us we can work on electing Governors and Legislatures who will.

And once the Citizens Grand Jury is constituted, task it with to examine election fraud and any one involved. Justice Scalia says: "The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment.
Some say Citizen Grand Juries are only symbolic, why then would the Constitution give it the power to indict?
Once we get a Grand Jury impaneled/constituted we then we need to get States to side with the with us. And in the States that don't join us we can work on electing Governors and Legislatures who will.
