If the SCOTUS is crooked, and failed then - are they kicking it back to the states? Can local law enforcement that isn't crooked in individual states- start arresting individuals that broke existing laws... corrupt SOS's, election officials, dominion employees. Why can't the machines be seized by local law enforcement and investigations be opened on local levels?

It seems to me that our only hope at this point is that a majority of states disassociate from the federal government and take back their individual powers.

Fat chance of that happening, but the federal government is 98% of the problem.

Each state is in charge of its own elections, even the presidential election.

Each state also has its own law enforcement agencies who can investigate election fraud, and an attorney general who can bring charges against people who committed fraud.

The Federal government doesn't need to do any of this. The state doesn't need to ask the Feds for approval, either. Each state has the power to get this done.

This begs the question: why aren't the states doing what needs to be done? I don't have a good answer.
