You can subscribe to OAN. If you don't have cable but want OAN you can subscribe to stream it. Or if you have cable but want to explicitly support them you can.

Pick up a $40 Tivo Stream 4k, and remove or disable all the Google / Netflix / Tivo bloatware & menus and you have a super clean non-intrusive streaming device. Lots of instructions out there to do this.
