It says ie Judges should be elected, but does it say WHO runs the election? Ie if we just held our own election, and appointed a Judge, could that judge not start taking cases and "us" administer law?

No more like LAWYER ANTI-TRUST... lawyers should NOT be allowed to hold key power positions in so many different critical jobs!
