Seemed like a good thing to give up, given my history.
Admittedly I smoke cannabis, a toke at the end of the day when I'm in bed.
But alcohol has always been my achilles heel. I'm working out 5 days a week and trying to get jacked, never know when some antifa dipshit might run up on me, or someone might try to start crap when I wear my Trump hat in public.
just gonna try to keep on keeping on...
Congrats on your efforts! I'd say do a martial art in conjunction with working out, as being strong doesn't equate to being proficient in a fight. I'm a Muay Thai guy buy BJJ and Krav Maga are awesome too.
