It was as bad as you can imagine. At one point the lecturer boldly declared that "socially and religiously conservative people abhor intersex and transgender people and any acceptance of them".
As my job depends on my compliance and attendance I was stifled and it blows.
Complacency is just as bad. When you say nothing and do nothing they win and they won't stop. This is a perfect example of that meme with the guy whipping at a crowd with all but one on their knees, then a group stands, then all stand and the tyrant becomes the servant. Bravery isn't easy so you have to make a choice as to what really matters to you, compliance in your woke job right now or standing for the future of this nation for the generations to come?
