Racism, according to leftists, is a person of one race with "privilege" discriminating against a person of another race that is "oppressed". It is directional. A person of privilege cannot be the victim of racism.
"Reverse racism" then is where the privileged are the victims of racism. However, leftists do not acknowledge that victimization of the privileged is actually possible.
The way we laugh at men who pretend to be women is the same way they see people who claim to be victims of reverse racism.

Calling it reverse racism implies that there is no such thing as racism that isn't coming from white people and directed at another race. Sadly many people are starting to act as if this is true. The future is bleak. genocide looks inevitable.
I've been following affirmative action developments for around 12 years now, 'reverse racism' is always a losing argument (no matter what context it's used in, it will still sound like a good thing and if you try uttering it in public, fewer people will take you seriously).
