That's generally true, but I grew up in Utah so it's not always the case. Most of my Mormon gal friends and girlfriends go full Nymphomaniac when they find that good man.
They just don't waste their time getting laid by throw away boys.
But if Mormons are the only Christians that didn't cuck out, I'll get back into the Church. They were the only ones that fought to protect boy scouts and I'd definitely want to raise my daughter in a community that focused more on teenage dancing than teenage drinking.
Mormons aren't Christian, more like a spin off. They have their positives but they have their negatives too. I've never heard of a Mormon girl marrying a non-Mormon but I hear they are great once you do marry them, but that's coming from Mormon men so who knows for sure.
I grew up Mormon, I find it interesting how other Christians don't consider Mormons Christian when other Christians are more focused on the Old Testament than New Testament, Dogma, and their religious practices than Christ and his teachings. Mormons are very focused on Christ they just don't agree 100% with the dogma created later by religions to control people.
One of those things that might be a Mormon only thing is explaining Lucifer's fall from Heaven. God asked two of his sons, Lucifer and Christ, their plan to test humanity with mortality away from God's presence. Christ wanted free agency so humanity could choose their own paths and find their own faith, even if it means they won't return to heaven. Lucifer wanted to force obedience on humans because they are flawed and will be too tempted by sin. God went with Christ's plan, even sent his son to introduce those philosophies to humanity and pave their way to atonement. The conflict lead to Lucifer's fall from Heaven and he spent his time trying to prove Humans would fall into temptation. Little things like that really change my perspective of the Bible compared to other Christians.
The story of Job and the Temptations of Christ makes things very interesting. Lucifer was able to tempt God into destroying Job to prove Job's faith yet was unable to tempt Jesus as a mortal human, trying to prove even Christ would fall his own plan of free will and his faith in humanity.
It's all philosophy to me so I really don't care at all about the petty differences Christians complain about. Mormons introduced me to a lot of fascinating philosophies I didn't realize were foreign to other Christians until I was well into adulthood.
I was raised Christian, started questioning things when I grew tired of the petty infighting and hypocrisy, and left when I faced my fear of having been duped and asked myself the hard questions, one of which involved the story of Job. I'll admit I'm no expert on Mormons but my understanding was they have their own holy book written relatively recently that overrides parts of the Bible hence why I consider it a spinoff religion.
They do have the Book of Mormon, but I never felt like it overshadowed the Bible. They focus a lot on the parables of Christ. I can't really remember much about the Book of Mormon because they are more focused on the New Testament.
