This shit always comes down to trespassing. They tell you to leave, even though you've done nothing wrong, but once they tell you to leave and you don't, then you're breaking a law. That's what'll happen here, guaranteed.
And rightly so. Once a security guard trespasses you (for violating the rules of the business, such as flying a massive political flag) and puts hands on you to escort you out, you comply. It's fun only when it's like a streaker who ducks and dodges until grabbed. Then it's over. This dude was physically resisting a lawful order, and a physical takedown for the sake of control of him was 100% acceptable use of force.
Think about it this way. If it were a biden flag, or BLM/antifa, would this have happened?
They’d probably be “heroes” and celebrated by the media.
