I know someone had to have said it already but trains don't stop for pedestrians. I've been in the engine crossing a trestle watching the idiot mountain biker on the bridge get closer and closer...I asked the engineer if he was going to hit the brakes. "Nope, I'll give'em a chance and let off of the throttle though"
