Teachers unions are holding kids hostage. Deliberately hindering their learning and stunting an entire generation's future for Democrat kickbacks. They're the fucking mob.
Unions may suck but we’re not fully opened in my right to work state either. The problem is cdc guidelines are being required, which don’t allow us to do our jobs. Kid gets sick and comes to school, I have to quarantine for 2 weeks even with no symptoms and everyone wearing masks (just admit they don’t work already...). We have absolutely 0 substitutes. If a teacher catches covid, the entire department has to quarantine, even without symptoms...
Then of course you have a 6 foot rule in a 20x20 classroom. I have 29 students or more in every class. They gotta make it a 1ft rule to jam them in there.
