I actually think the best solution is to go back to something like we used to have where only landowners over 24 and add net tax payers get to vote. That would get rid of most of the soy men and most women (but allowing the responsible ones to vote). Widowed women who controlled their dead husband's estate could vote.

When men were "given" the right to vote in exchange for being subject to the draft, a bunch of dour ugly rich white women were mad that working class white men and darkies could vote and they couldn't. They then campaigned on women being the "morally superior" sex to get the vote. Most women were against it because logically they would be subject to the draft. After they convinced women they wouldn't be subject to the draft and brow beat their rich husband's they got the vote. Their first accomplishment was prohibition. Good job retards.
