In other words, "SARS" means nothing but that there are symptoms of something that we can't diagnose yet therefore we should reinforce the immune system and observe the patient for a few days, treat them accordingly if they develop something else.

Like, if a nasty flu goes around and your immune system is weak it'll kick your ass fast with sudden acute respiratory symptoms
