Reminds me of the Miller's in Abilene Texas who shot a crazed meth head that was on video threatening to kill them for like 5 straight minuets and only opened fire on him after he got a baseball bat and lunged at the father with it.

Media reported it as him "being shot over some trash" because the initial dispute (before the meth-head tried to kill anyone) was over illegal dumping that was going on in their alleyway.
