Disregarding the wisdom of chasing down a suspected burglar... what I've never understood about this case is, what do you expect the guy to do once he starts having his gun wrestled away from him? Just be like, "here you go, take my gun..."
Arbery was not shot for "jogging" or for burglarizing a house, he was ultimately shot because he lunged at a dude's gun and tried to wrestle it from him.
