I really don't know whether the shill is competent or not; he's never given any evidence of it but, to be fair, in the course of shovelling the BS the Chinese and the left hand him, he has probably been prevented from showing any. The guy's totally bankrupt ethically and morally but he might not be stupid. We just don't know.
