At first, sure. Blacks wanting to kill Asians was a huge part of their "culture" and what started the LA Riots. Later, when jews were making black "culture" prestigious, it made its way into fashion and music. Then wanting to act black became a thing and to be like that you need to accept them and keep them close, so here we are.
My former employee was black and could speak Japanese. And he had quite a few bigoted things said to him by Asians (but not by Japanese, he must have left a positive impression on them).

Japanese people are bigoted, but polite. They're fine with you visiting, but they don't want you to stay. Can't say I disagree.
