In Israel they had to make agreements with various African countries (pay them) so they would accept the deported illegals from Somalia. Israel ended up paying the illegals as well to get rid of them, and it's funny that Somalia doesn't even want them back (so that's why Israel has to find an alternative location for deportation).
In any case, I think you can't just randomly drop someone wherever you feel like it when you're deporting. International law probably states that you need to send them somewhere they will be accepted. This is (I think) meant to prevent a situation where a person will end up being with no passport, not belonging to any country.
Why would they send them to Haiti tho? Aren’t most of them probably Central American ?
