Identity Politics is the norm of society and politics. Trump advocated for BLEXIT,(Black) Platinum Plan(Black), Moving the Embassy to Jerusalem(orthodox Jews), gays for Trump(gays), Women for Trump(Women). All these moves were identity politics at work but he forgot about his base which is mostly white people.
