My state is slowly creeping to 300k just for the cheapest housing and no jobs to match.

Buy if you can get a loan. Or move somewhere cheaper. It's not the government's job to take care of it. Civil war will lower property value substantially so I just don't want to be there when it happens. It might regain value but I don't even care, I just want away from progressive liberals. I want to go somewhere they hate.
