I notice when people talk about unarmed Blacks being shot by police, they never specify which ones were unarmed AND nonviolent. If a Black had tackled you and punched you with his fists, so you pull out your gun and shoot in self-defense, you'd be "guilty" of shooting an unarmed Black man. Yet you would be morally and legally justified in doing so.
