If you google up I think on WBEN's website from about two, three years ago there is audio of the superintendent of the schools there saying:

"The Buffalo schools.. is turned around!"

It never made news anywhere but a handful of outlets in Buffalo, I happened to be in the area and driving a vehicle with just a standard radio so I had dialed up their talk station to hear it.

As for the content, now that we're all racists, can we just get it declared a disability and instead of those parking passes all get N-word passes?
